Our Corporate Services office based in Lowerhutt, Wellington has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join the team in the position of a Used Product Administrator.

The core focus for this position is to provide end to end administrative support to our Used Product business functions. You will be assisting with sales support, preparing quotes and reports, as well as the reconciliation and processing of journals, plus co-ordination of refurbishment and logistics for our locally and internationally sourced used stock.

Some domestic travel will be required from time to time.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills
  • Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a friendly and successfully busy team
  • Personable charisma, energy and drive
  • Attention to detail

Knowledge of the automotive or heavy transport industry would be desirable, however this is not essential.
